My cousin, Anna, challenged herself to run fell marathons, walk mountains and live her life to the fullest on a daily basis. She is the inspiration for my challenge - her advice was get outside, look up and enjoy the beauty in everything around you - particularly nature. She loved to be outdoors so I am walking the 3 Peaks in her memory.

My Aware is the only charity that supports people living with the difficult condition called Myasthenia Gravis.

The work that they do supports people to live their lives to the fullest and supports them when they need help, support and advice.
