Volunteer

At myaware, there is always work to be done, many of our team are volunteers. Help with our daily activities - whether ongoing or a one-off - is always welcome.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with our fundraising. Here are a few ways that your > could volunteer to help us out:   

Collections

Helping at supermarket, football ground and street collections.  

Ramathon

We are looking for some volunteers to help us steward and cheer on the Myaware Team at the Ramathon in Derby 29th June 2025

We are also currently recruiting for the following roles: 

Zoom Session Support Volunteer

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals keen to help bring members together. You should have an understanding of myasthenia to or long-term health conditions. You will help us facilitate our Zoom meetings alongside the National Support Coordinators.

You will be required to write notes and complete some basic administration tasks, interact with members during the sessions, participate in discussions and monitor and respond in the group chat function.
