If you take part in a physical challenge you do so at your own risk. Myaware will not be liable for any injury or loss that participants suffer as a result of taking part. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the degree of fitness required to take part and that they are physically capable of participating and well enough to take part for the duration of the challenge.
