  • Annual landmark-lighting drive (strong support in Queensland) but also across other territories, growing each year.
  • Campaign focus on “Art & Community” to grow the community through art and get the conversation started beyond MG. It will include an installation by one of the association’s “MG Warriors” who has created a few artworks including crochet snowflakes and a sculpture with hundreds of donated empty bottles of Pyridostigmine!

  • “Voice for MG” campaign assets for all members of EUMGA – including myaware.
  • Main calls to action include equal access to care and treatment through cross border healthcare including wider recognition of the EU Disability Card
  • 10th June: Brussels Parliament event to raise awareness amongst EU policy makers.
  • Video-podcast to amplify message.
  • Encouraging members to light buildings on 2nd June, but won’t be possible in Belgium this year.

• Locally they introduce a new event this year called Snowflake Saturday (7th Jun, 3 cities).

• Month-long social-media campaign.

• This is alongside the yearlong educational program they have for their members and anyone else who would like to learn more about MG.
