This June, as part of Myasthenia Awareness Month, we’re inviting you to bring people together for something simple, joyful, and meaningful: sharing food.

Welcome to My Feel Good Feast - a chance to gather friends, family, neighbours or colleagues, enjoy nourishing food, and make a real difference for people living with myasthenia.

This year is especially important as we celebrate 50 years of myaware. To mark this milestone, we’re aiming to raise £50 from every Feel Good Feast, helping to nourish the next generation of support, awareness, and community.

Because when we share food, we do more than raise funds. We support research. We raise awareness. And we support each other.

How it works

Getting involved is simple:

  • Sign up for just £5
  • Plan your Feel Good Feast your way
  • Invite your people and enjoy time together
  • Raise £50 (or more!) to support myaware

When you register, you’ll receive:

  • A myaware apron
  • A myaware recipe book with recipes from members of our myasthenia community
  • Fundraising materials, including downloadable posters and invites.
  • Wellness resources and ideas.
